Dubai Property Investment Reviews: What Does the DLD Data Show?
According to DLD data, the median price per square metre of Dubai apartments rose 13.7% between 2023 and 2025 but stalled in 2026, while January–September volumes fell 20%. Ready apartments became 22% more expensive in three years, whereas the off-plan median has barely moved. The market is slowing, not crashing.
